Dear applicant and future Belmont Abbey student: 


The Fr. Felix Hintemeyer Catholic Leadership Program is designed to foster the leadership potential of Catholic men and women. The program requires serious commitment to a life of prayer and to the truths of Catholicism, as well as exemplary character, integrity, charity, initiative, humility, diligence, and creativity. All these will be exercised for the glory of God and to build up His Kingdom. 


The Hintemeyer Program seeks students who have received the Sacrament of Confirmation, demonstrated leadership and self-motivation, and have a desire to serve others. You must watch this video and read the requirements carefully. 


Before getting started, please have your signed Statement of Good Standing form ready to upload, and be prepared to make your interview appointment. Incomplete or unqualified applications will not be considered.

Required Letter of Good Standing
To be granted a Fr. Felix Hintemeyer Scholarship, applicants must submit a Letter of Good Standing to affirm that they are practicing, confirmed Catholics. Please upload the file below. If you need a blank copy of the form, please visit find it here.

Required Interview
In order to be granted a Fr. Felix Hintemeyer Scholarship, applicants need to take part in a Scholarship Interview. Please book your appointment after submitting this application and clicking the checkbox to verify that you will schedule your interview. After submitting your application, you will be redirected to a calendar where you can book your interview.
